Now ‘educating’ is underlined for a reason. Education is what made all the difference for us…..

There are a lot of ‘quick fixes’ out there: 8-day shreds, my fitness pal, 10-day, 14-day, 28-day 160-day challenges, greens only detox, smoothie diets, replacement meals and the list goes on.
Now I’m not saying these are bad, in fact we run a 30-day challenge, and a lot of these work for a lot of people, they can generate great results.
What hasn’t worked for us in the past and for a lot of others is the lasting results.
These quick fixes forget one of the most important aspects to great health and wellbeing, EDUCATION.
To make a change and a change that lasts! you must know WHY you are doing it; you must learn to create habits that KEEP you fit, healthy and happy.
Let me tell you a bit about how monkey motion started and why we do what we do.
We are the spuds aka, Kahn, and Nikki.
We were once known as ‘spuds with a mission’, Our mission was simple: Improve the lives of others while having fun, the only problem was our own lives were a total mess.
Fitness, food, and play was our everything, the only problem was we were constantly run down, injured, and overworked.
We were stuck in a serious rat race, overworked, stressed, unorganised, tired, and heading for depression.
Our diets were shocking, our minds were anxious and racing, our bodies hurt from pushing too hard.
We stopped socialising, stopped seeing friends and family, we had no energy and went from injury to injury.
We knew if we could change something, then maybe our lives would also change.
So, we tried quick fixes, we went for the easy options that promised instant results. For example
We tried an 8-day greens only detox set up by a huge body builder guy, but Kahn got hungry and failed with in the first 16 hours.
We tried my fitness Pal, but Nikki kept forgetting the log in details.
We tried challenges, which worked while we did them but afterwards, we always went back to our old poor habits
We went to a Tony Robbins seminar and although it was extraordinary, we felt like we spent half the time being sold to buy more courses.
Everything we tried we ended up right back at square one.
Something seriously HAD to change, and it wasn’t going to be easy.
We got ourselves a mentor, started reading books, went to a variety of courses, workshops and we started to really focus on the education of HOW to improve our lives.
We learnt WHY the fundamentals are key.
We learnt tools to not just take control of our lives but to make our lives epic, we learnt the power of self-education.
Now before you continue, know that this process is not easy, there will be ups and downs, failures and upsets and it WILL challenge you, but this is the price we pay to make REAL CHANGE in our lives.
This brings us to step one, the monkey motion 30-day challenge. Yes, a challenge, but a challenge with a difference.
In this challenge we educate you on how to create lasting change into your life, we focus on the WHY of what we are doing, and we build habits on what you need to improve.
I’m going to be straight up, we will encourage you to do our challenges more than once, we run them every three months.
Think of our challenge as a reboot in your health and happiness, the more you do it, the better it gets. It’s kind of like taking your car to get serviced, only each time you do it you will UPGRADE, upgrade your knowledge, upgrade your health and hopefully upgrade your life.
We dive deep into the fundamental pillars of health: Nutrition, Mindset, and Movement
